Most of us remember last year’s drubbing in Denver because it was the final game for Sam Mitchell as the Raptors’ head coach. History is not likely to repeat itself with Triano in his first year on the job and a Raptors squad improving game by game.
The Nuggets are one of only three teams that are still undefeated at home. They’ve been winning at home by an average margin of 15ppg. The Raptors have played well since their loss to the Spurs but a lack of consistency has been a hallmark of this team for as long as I can remember. Will tonight’s game be another stepping stone on the path to respectability or a return to the drawing board?
