Here are the rapidshare links. Use 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ as usual to extract the files. If you do not have a premium account just put the links in JDownloader http://jdownloader.org/ and let it do the hard work for you (but remove the HJSplit extension!). Probably not faster than using bittorrent but works across firewalls.
I dont understand that NZB thing.
What is the server’s address I have to enter? And what difference does it make if I select no file or all of them before downloading (or creating?) the NZB file?
Any help would be appreciated.

@squarepush7r: The NZB links are for those who have access to good usenet servers. If you’re new to usenet, this is a good place to start.
